Sowchuck Mine Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsiduary of Tercon, was awarded the rough grading for an 18 hole golf course and residential development in the fall of 2007. In the spring of 2008, a second contract was awarded for the phase one development, including the underground utilities and site grading. Construction of phase 2 is scheduled to start in spring 2009.
